Summary + Overview

This position is responsible for providing support to project teams, Project Managers, Principals and others in support of project objectives and deliverables, and company operations

Position Priorities

The essential priorities of this position are to:

  • Support all administrative aspects of a project to ensure the project team can meet project deadlines and deliverables.
  • Arranging meetings and schedules including travel arrangements as necessary.
  • Supporting budget and resource management and participating in monthly billing activities.
  • Other essential project-related or administrative tasks and activities as necessary.

Responsibilities + Tasks

  • Partnering with the Project Managers to perform administrative tasks on projects including updating resource plans, internal memorandums and other administrative project requirements.
  • Proofreading and editing documents and assisting in the preparation of meeting materials including reports, schedules, presentations, agendas and other materials as necessary.
  • Participating in the invoicing process including preparing reports and gathering information for the Project Manager to support timely collection of accounts receivable.
  • Disseminating relevant project information to team members and clients.
  • Coordinating with finance and marketing to ensure timely creation of project numbers, forms and other required documentation as appropriate.
  • Attending meetings, taking and distributing meeting minutes, supporting the development of resource plans and schedules, and archiving project documents.
  • Providing other support, including administrative office or project support as requested.

Requirements

  • Three (3) or more years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar position.
  • Experience in a deadline-driven, project-based environment.
  • Exhibits strong initiative, ability to manage competing priorities and multiple, simultaneous tasks and the ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Exhibits accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Adobe Acrobat, Trello, and/or similar software.

Preferred Skills + Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience as a Project Coordinator in a consulting environment.
  • Experience mentoring and managing administrative personnel.
  • General interest related to Graphic/Digital Design and Web Development.

Compensation

  • The pay range for this job is in Atlanta, GA is $46,750.00 – $63,750.00 annually. Placement within the range is based upon experience, skill-sets, and qualifications.
