Justin Swan, P.Eng.

Justin has over 15 years of experience working with municipal government, private, and non-governmental organizations. While working for the City of Ottawa, Justin led the development of the Transportation Master Plan, various street design guideline updates, a range of planning and design projects, and a municipal program update. With this experience, as well as several years in consulting, he has acquired a deep and technical understanding of the importance of resolving competing interests, and accounting for stakeholder/organizational dynamics and timing that play a key role in the success of a project.
