Paulo Aguilera

Paulo received his B.S. in Urban Ecology from the University of Utah. During his time as a practitioner in Salt Lake’s metro area Paulo has been involved in multiple general planning efforts, station area/park & trail master plans, GIS-based scenario planning, and market-based feasibility assessments. Since then, his interests have developed into understanding the role of GIS in enhancing multimodal planning and community outreach efforts.

“My inspiration to pursue a career in active transportation/urban planning is deeply rooted in my passion help elevate the health, safety, and social welfare of our communities. I enjoy learning about the various relationships humans have within urban ecosystems through the lenses of sustainability and geography.”
