Steve has 35 years of extensive experience in managing transportation projects throughout Southern California and Nevada, ranging from bikeways and trails to streets and freeways. His technical expertise includes planning, design, and construction management. He augments his engineering skills with strong administrative abilities in the oversight and direction of technical professionals, client relations, quality control, subconsultant coordination, public outreach, and resource allocation to see that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Steve excels in site development, freeway and interchanges, signing and striping, street lighting, traffic-handling plans, roadway drainage, grading, traffic studies, and pedestrian and bike paths. He is a graduate of Stanford University (1983) with a BS in Civil Engineering.
