Alta is providing engineering services to the City of Newton for the West A Street streetscape design project. Design services include roadway re-paving, new ADA compliant sidewalks, bike lanes, signal upgrades, drainage and utility upgrades, and streetscape amenities. The project is funded through NCDOT and the design will meet all NCDOT and Federal standards.
