Zoey Mauck

Zoey is a designer with a background in urban design and active transportation planning. At Alta, she specializes in project visualization, schematic design, community placemaking, and graphic representation. Zoey has a passion for making communities more functional, visually appealing, and sustainable, and hopes to someday see a world where biking, walking, and public transit are accessible and enjoyed by all.

“Growing up in Des Moines, Iowa, I witnessed the growth of a trail and urban bikeway network that created accessibility to so much of my city by bike. I could explore places I previously never knew existed while enjoying the joyful sights and sounds of the urban outdoors. In seeing this new network develop, I became excited about sharing and designing these systems in communities across the world.”
