Our people make the difference.

Meg Bryson

Meg is a transportation planner with a background in graphic design and marketing. She has been exploring parks, trails, and towns across the Southeast since before she could talk, and understands the value of creating safe places to walk, bike, and be active. Meg has contributed to national efforts to improve bicycle and pedestrian safety, including developing graphics and content for FHWA’s Safe Transportation for Every Pedestrian (STEP) program and maintaining the USDOT Pedestrian and Bicycle Information Center website, pedbikeinfo.org. At the local scale, she enjoys working with municipalities to plan and map out future projects to enhance walking and biking in their communities.

“There are a million reasons to walk and bike: to get exercise, to get to places you need to go, to socialize with friends and family, to spend time in nature. My goal as a transportation planner is to create more opportunities for walking and biking that improve people's quality of life and add value to their communities.”
