Our people make the difference.

Katie Marticke, TDM-CP

Katie brings more than a decade of success managing projects across the public and private sectors, and a deep understanding of TDM’s intersection with other disciplines. She has led several TMAs and regional TDM programs, where she works proactively to incorporate TDM principles into aspects of placemaking, capital improvement projects, progressive zoning initiatives, and community events and programming. Other TDM specialties include employer engagement and consultation, TDM policy, and the intersection of TDM and the built environment. As a project manager, she is most passionate about program and operations improvement, relationship management, and leading strategic repositioning efforts.

Outside of work, Katie can be found antiquing or enjoying a meal with her wife, daughter, and pup, or taking on too many home DIY projects. She is an avid transit rider and a more novice, though enthusiastic, e-biker.

“Being a project manager for TDM is a brilliant comingling of my highest professional priorities - ensuring how I spend my days has a positive and lasting impact on the communities I work in and identifying and bringing simple yet effective solutions to complex problems to life.”
