Our people make the difference.

Chase Dickinson,

Chase brings a unique background having a bachelor’s in landscape architecture from the University of Georgia and a decade of experience in transportation/traffic engineering in the private sector. He has adapted his design eye and conceptual thinking to develop his engineering judgement and analysis. Throughout his career, he has gained experience in traffic signal design, traffic engineering studies and analysis, crash data analysis, traffic volume development, roundabout design, intersection/corridor safety alternatives, and signing and striping plan development. At Alta, Chase continues to grow his multi-disciplinary skills to focus on engineering and landscape design solutions for the betterment of people, communities, and the environment.

“Since moving to the westside of Atlanta, I have developed a passion for active transportation while cycling, running, and walking on the Beltline for exercise or commuting to my local rock-climbing gym and nearby restaurants. The stress-free commute, the fresh air of changing seasons, and varying colors of flowers in bloom improve my daily life experience. I feel grounded in my sense of place and community, and I realized my education in landscape architecture and experience in transportation/traffic engineering intersect at active, multimodal transportation. I am eager to provide safe, sustainable transportation and community-based solutions.”
