Dave Foster, PLA

Dave has nine years of experience in pedestrian and bicycle planning, streetscape design, parks and trail planning, and urban design projects across the country. He brings a unique blend of technical expertise concerning bicycle and pedestrian planning issues, constructability knowledge, public facilitation experience, and creativity to the projects he works on. Dave has participated in all aspects of pedestrian, greenway and trail planning projects, from master plans through construction documents.
