Anthony is from Phoenix, born and raised. Prior to Alta, he oversaw the shared e-scooter program for the City of Phoenix as the micromobility planner. He also launched the permanent Shared Micromobility Program to further expand transportation options for Phoenicians. He has experience in bike share & scooter share operations, community outreach and GIS. Anthony earned both a B.S. in Geography (Meteorology/Climatology) and Masters in Urban and Environmental Planning from Arizona State University.

Walking, biking, or taking public transit can have positive impacts on our well being and the environment. I'm passionate about making it safer and more enjoyable to get around cities while reducing our carbon footprint.”
