Cole is experienced in many facets of transportation planning, including bicycle and pedestrian planning, GIS data analysis, traffic operations analysis, public outreach, and Safe Routes to Schools planning. Cole is focused on improving bicycle and pedestrian networks through data-driven community-focused planning. Cole completed his Masters of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Minnesota in 2015.
