Devan has interests and experience in sustainability, teaching, and urban planning. She has a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Baldwin Wallace University and a master’s degree in history from the University of New Orleans. Her academic experience has built her communication and organizational skills to effectively provide excellent administration for the office.
