Diego Morales-Portillo is a Guatemalan born graphic designer and visual artist. In 2010, he received a BFA at the National School of Fine Arts, and in 2015 graduated with a cum laude bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, and Advertising from Universidad del Istmo. In 2017, Diego migrated to Portland, OR, where he received an MFA in Visual Studies at Pacific Northwest College of Art (PNCA). Prior to joining Alta, Diego worked with multiple advertising agencies and in-house advertising and design departments; developing branding, illustration, graphics design, exhibition materials, print materials, digital assets, and digital marketing strategies.
