“Growing up, riding my bicycle gave me so much independence, not having to rely on others for a drive or a bus schedule. I have been able to explore and connect with cities, suburbs, and rural areas on bike and by foot, in a special way that you don't get to experience when you drive through them. Not only does being on a bike or on foot allow you to be active, you also actively experience a place.”
