Johann Weber, TDM-CP

Johann Weber is an experienced TDM project manager, with thirteen years serving employers, commuters, developers, and stakeholders to improve mobility. He acts as Program Director for the Perimeter Connects TMA, leading program development and partner services for some of Atlanta’s most iconic employers, including State Farm, UPS, and Cox Enterprises. He also supports the development and expansion of regional TDM programs in the Southeast and Texas and the development of TDM Implementation Plans, among other interesting projects.

Johann completed his doctoral studies in public policy at Georgia Tech with a focus on transportation and the environment and in a prior life published peer-reviewed research in the journals Transportation Policy and Transportation Research: Policy and Practice. He is an active leader within the TDM professional community, having serving as Secretary for the Association of Commuter Transportation’s Telework Council and currently serving as Vice Chair for the TMA/TMO Council. He can be found biking, schoolpooling, mountain biking, or taking the train in Atlanta.
