John Boucher, PE

John is a licensed Civil Engineer in the State of Oregon with a passion for bicycles and alternative forms of transportation. He brings experience in site design, street design, utilities, and stormwater design. 

“Alternative forms of transportation can be empowering for those who lack the ability to navigate car centric infrastructure. As an alternative transportation ambassador during college, I was able to see first hand how access to bicycles, busses, and other forms of transportation could change lives. I want to help design solutions for communities to make walking or biking a more realistic option.”
