Jonny Rotheram has over 16 years of experience in transportation planning, community outreach and influencing travel behavior change. Jonny specializes in multimodal planning; managing projects from initial data collection through to prioritization of specific improvements and plan adoption. His experience also spans developing TDM (transportation demand management) programs to complement infrastructure improvements with an eye on equity impacts. Jonny has experience leading research, design and development of multimodal access to transit, the creation of mobility hubs, Vision Zero plans and first and last mile solutions.
“My journey into the transportation sector began with my daily cycling trips to university in Manchester, England. Those rides through the city not only offered a sense of liberty, but also exposed me to the inherent inequalities within our transportation systems. My experience has been enriched by years of cycling across various cities including London, Mexico City, and my hometown of Denver. This exposure has fueled my dedication to advocating for safer streets and championing the value of diversity in transportation as a vital goal for all communities.”
