“I want us to build cities that are designed for people, not cars. Our dependence on the automobile is a danger to us environmentally, socially, and economically. We should be building cities where people of all abilities can safely and easily access their desired destinations—cities where accessibility is not determined by the availability of a car. I think we can build a kinder, more efficient world for us to live in by deprioritizing the automobile.”
