Experienced Safe Routes to School professional passionate about building connected, accessible communities. Background in education, transportation planning, graphic design, community engagement, and project management, with hands-on experience developing programs that enhance equity and safety. “I am passionate about creating communities where every person feels safe and empowered to use active transportation. My work is inspired by the belief that transportation is not just about getting from one place to another, it is about equity, connection, and opportunity. What inspires me most is the resiliency and creativity in the communities I serve. Whether it is a student advocating for safer biking options in their neighborhood, a group of volunteers coming together to lead walking school buses, or parents collaborating to address safety concerns in the school parking lot, I am constantly reminded of the power of collaboration and shared purpose. At the heart of my work is a commitment to equity, environmental stewardship, and designing a future where transportation systems elevate and connect our communities.”
