Kelly Richards

I started my working life as a retail manager after graduating from Pepperdine University. For 13 years I managed stores for Walgreens, Target, Levi’s and Michael’s. When I finally got out of retail, I worked in Operations for a Financial services company and then moved into HR where I’ve been for the last 4 years.

“I love HR and Payroll because I'm kind of a bureaucratic numbers nerd. Ensuring accuracy and consistency is the foundation of employee trust. I enjoy getting to know people from every background, learning from others' experience, and collaborating. I believe work should be challenging but also enjoyable.
