Lexi is driven by a mission to encourage and implement innovative and sustainable mobility strategies that harmonize societal needs, economic growth, and environmental preservation. Guided by an unwavering belief in the power of sustainable transportation to stimulate the economic and environmental vitality of communities, she leverages her background in cross-county transit, active transportation, highway safety, emerging mobility, and transportation demand management planning to create a greener and more inclusive Midwest region at Alta Planning + Design.
Lexi previously served Clean Fuels Ohio as the Director of Development at Clean Fuels Ohio (CFO), where she worked to support and grow CFO’s valuable network of members and champion the organization’s mission through grant research and partnership building. Lexi joined CFO after serving SHARE Mobility, where she supported shared mobility advocacy, community outreach, and public sector program development. Lexi’s previous work also includes diverse planning initiatives seeking the success of sustainable mobility use, access, and connectivity, at the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission. Lexi also served as a Transportation Planner for VN Engineers. She studied crash data and field analyses to make design recommendations for multi-modal facilities that improve safety and livability for Connecticut road users.
She graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in city and regional planning in 2017. Lexi received her master’s degree in public administration in 2021 from The Ohio State University’s John Glenn College of Public Affairs, where she specialized in emerging transportation policy.
