Sam is a landscape designer in the Portland office. He received his Master of Landscape Architecture degree from the University of Oregon in 2021. Before going back to school, he worked as an outdoor educator instructing in some of Oregon’s most beautiful places. With over two years of experience, Sam has worked on a diverse array of projects, including those related to highway and road transportation. This experience prompted him to shift his focus towards active transportation. Sam is interested in enhancing his understanding of multi-modal transportation systems and contribute to the development of more inclusive options for a broader range of users.
