Alta partnered with the City of Napa to develop a comprehensive parking management and mobility strategy based on existing policy, transportation context, and anticipated parking demand in partnership with existing planned efforts in the City’s Downtown and Oxbow neighborhoods.

The work included identifying relevant land use and parking policies, reviewing transit-oriented development strategies, and recommending updates to parking requirements to ensure an appropriate supply that supports community goals.
